THAT public notice of the proposed disposals be given in the manner set out in this Report;
AND THAT the City grant easement interest over a portion of Lots 485 to 487 Plan M-89 and municipally known as a portion of 553 Memorial Avenue (C159) for utility purposes at the request of Tbaytel;
AND THAT the City grant easement interest over a portion of Mining Locations 19 & 20, Portion of Section 18 McIntyre, Portion of the West Subdivision Section 22, McIntyre and municipally known as a portion of 551 Hazelwood Drive (F58), for utility purposes at the request of Union Gas Limited;
AND THAT the City’s interest in a portion of vacant lands commonly known as the Dawson Road Extension (F64) described as Part of Mining Location R3, McIntyre, Designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 55R-8139, be sold at fair market value to the abutting property owner and conditional upon the development of a plan of subdivision;
AND THAT the City grant easement interest over a portion of Lot 7, Concession A, Part 19 on Reference Plan 55R-9271, and municipally known as a portion of 339 Fassina Street (F65) for utility purposes at the request of Tbaytel;
AND THAT the City grant easement interest over a portion of Block Z & ZZ, Plan M-315 and municipally known as a portion of 198 County Boulevard (F66) for utility purposes at the request of Tbaytel;
AND THAT the City grant easement interest over a portion of Block A, Plan M-314 and municipally known as a portion of 180 Castlegreen Drive (F67) for utility purposes at the request of Tbaytel;
AND THAT the City’s easement interest in the property being Part of Lot 25, Concession 2, designated as Part 3 on Reference Plan 55R-12408 and municipally known as 2551 Rosslyn Road (G31), be released;
AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute all required documentation in form and content satisfactory to the City Solicitor;
AND THAT any necessary by-laws be presented to Council for ratification.
