The applicant is seeking to amend the Zoning By-law to permit the continued use of the parcels of land at 270 and 272 Algoma Street South as two independent single detached dwellings.

Administration is recommending in support of the application for Zoning By-law Amendment.

Zoning By-law Amendment - 686984 Ontario Ltd. - Dawson Heights Stage 4 Subdivision

The applicant has applied to amend the Zoning By-law to facilitate a fully serviced residential plan of subdivision comprised of lots for single detached dwellings, lots for multiple dwelling units and neighbourhood commercial uses, and a block for parkland dedication.

Administration is recommending that this application be approved as it conforms to the policies of the Official Plan and the policies of the Dawson Heights Community Plan.
