Zoning By-law Amendment - 625 Leslie Avenue - Leslie Smith and Susanne McGuire Smith

This is an application to amend the Zoning by-law as it applies to lands located at the southwest corner of Leslie Avenue and Black Bay Road to permit the continued use of the existing building as an apartment dwelling with a maximum of (5) dwelling units.

Administration believes that the amendment is in keeping with the objectives of the Official Plan and supports the City's policies that encourage residential intensification, the provision of a wide range of housing options and an appropriate mix of densities in residential neighbourhoods.
