AND THAT related to specific changes to Transit services, the recommendations outlined within the Phase 1 implementation strategy be approved;
AND THAT Administration be directed to begin the process of establishing a transit terminal in the Intercity area, in keeping with the preferred route network and terminal concept recommendations;
AND THAT Administration be directed to develop plans to realize service delivery improvements to specialized services as outlined in the Phase 1 recommendation;
AND THAT Administration report back by September 2012 with a comprehensive implementation plan to achieve these directions;
AND THAT Administration continue to report to Council on an annual basis on the status of City Transit services as related to the implementation of remaining Transit Master Plan goals and strategies;
AND THAT any necessary By-laws be presented to City Council for ratification.
