THAT the following By-laws be introduced, read, dealt with individually, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered:

1. A By-law to close the portion of lane allowance as shown on Registered Plan 121, located between 84 & 92 Algoma Street South, in the City of Thunder Bay, in the District of Thunder Bay.

Explanation

: The purpose of this By-law is to close the portion of lane allowance abutting Lots 21 and 34, described as Part of Lane, Plan 121, S. Pearl, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 55R-13396

BY-LAW NUMBER: 035 - 2012

to close the Lane Allowance as shown on Registered Plan 640, abutting 361 Otto Street and 856 Huron Avenue, in the City of Thunder Bay, in the District of Thunder Bay.

The purpose of this By-Law is to close the lane allowance between Lots 1 and 2, described as Lane, Registered Plan 640, McIntyre

BY-LAW NUMBER: 041 - 2012

A By-law to amend By-law Number 99-2005 being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.

Explanation

The purpose of this By-law is to maintain an up-to-date listing of active Municipal Law Enforcement Officers (Development Services Department/Parking Authority) by deleting the names of inactive Officers and adding the names of persons who will be enforcing Parking By-laws for the Parking Authority, the City and Private Property Owners.

Confirming By-law

THAT the following By-law be introduced, read, dealt with individually, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered:

1. A By-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council, this 30th day of April, 2012.

Explanation

: To confirm the proceedings and each motion, resolution and other action passed or taken by the Council at this meeting is, except where prior approval of the Ontario Municipal Board is required, adopted, ratified and confirmed as if all such proceedings had been expressly embodied in this By-law.
