With respect to Report No. 2012CLS.001 (Construction/Renovation Services), we recommend that Administration proceed as directed.

Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Application Fees for
Not-for-Profit Organizations

At the December 12, 2011 Committee of the Whole meeting a resolution was carried recommending that Administration review By-law No. 37-1997, Schedule "A", that sets out the tariff of fees for the processing of applications made with respect to planning matters under the Planning Act, specifically Zoning and Official Plan Amendment application fees, relative to fees and procedures regarding not-for-profit organizations; and that Administration present recommendations for an alternative fee schedule.

At the February 27, 2012 Committee of the Whole meeting Report No. 2012.041 (Planning), relative to the above noted, was deferred to the March 19, 2012 Committee of the Whole meeting.
