With respect to Report No. 2008.219 (Planning) we recommend that the Development Services Department be directed to carry out a Land Use Study for McKellar and Mission Islands and the lands abutting the Kaministiquia River from the mouth of the river to the site known as 600 Montreal Street (Plymouth Landing), to determine the appropriate long term use of lands in these waterfront areas.

With respect to Report No. 2008.216 (Revenue), and as authorized under Section 378(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, we recommend that extension agreements to pay tax arrears beyond the date of redemption be approved for:

2009 Interim Tax Levy

Report No. 2008.210 (Revenue) recommending an interim tax levy and due dates for 2009. (Pages 94 - 97)
